Gwen Cassady believes that getting organized is about much more than creating a tidy space. Sometimes the greatest clutter in our lives isn't in a closet—it's the stack of papers on the desk, the unopened mail, the forgotten account, the unfinished application, or the financial question we've been meaning to investigate for months.
Through Personal Organizer Pro, Gwen helps individuals bring order and clarity to the details of everyday life, with a particular emphasis on paper organization, financial organization, research, and helping clients identify and pursue money that may belong to them.
A natural researcher and problem-solver, Gwen enjoys taking complicated situations and breaking them into manageable steps. She can help clients sort and organize years of paperwork, establish practical filing systems, locate important documents, review records, research unclaimed property and forgotten accounts, identify possible refunds or reimbursements, follow up on unresolved payments, and navigate the administrative steps involved in pursuing funds that may be owed to them.
Her approach is both practical and personal. Gwen understands that paperwork and finances can become overwhelming—particularly after a move, career change, loss of a loved one, divorce, illness, retirement, or simply years of being too busy to keep up with everything. There is no judgment and no embarrassment. The starting point is simply where you are today.
With a background in economics, education, global development, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and project management, Gwen brings an unusual combination of analytical thinking and hands-on organization to her work. She doesn't just organize the paperwork—she asks questions, researches what doesn't make sense, follows the trail, and helps clients determine what their next step should be.
Most importantly, Gwen wants the systems she creates to continue working after she leaves. Whether the project involves a filing cabinet, a mountain of paperwork, household records, a small business, or a search for potentially forgotten funds, the goal is the same: less confusion, greater clarity, and a practical path forward.

“After more than 30 years of teaching, I had accumulated an unbelievable amount of paperwork: retirement documents, insurance information, tax records, old files, receipts, and boxes of things I kept telling myself I would eventually sort through. Gwen never made me feel embarrassed about any of it. She sat down with me, helped me decide what I actually needed, and created a filing system that I could understand and maintain myself. We even came across money and accounts I had completely forgotten about. For the first time in years, I know where my important papers are. The relief is tremendous.”

“When my marriage ended, I suddenly found myself responsible for paperwork and financial details that I had never managed on my own. I had documents everywhere and honestly didn't even know where to begin. Gwen brought a sense of calm to what felt like complete chaos. We organized everything from household records and insurance paperwork to accounts, bills, and important correspondence. She also helped me research questions and identify things that needed follow-up. There was never any judgment, just, ‘Okay, here’s where we are. What do we tackle first?’ I walked away feeling organized, but more importantly, capable of managing this new chapter of my life.”

“I run a small business, raise my kids, and usually have about fifteen things happening at once. My paperwork had become the thing I kept pushing to tomorrow. Gwen came in and started connecting dots I hadn't even realized were disconnected. She helped me organize business and personal records, sort receipts and expenses, create systems for keeping track of documents and deadlines, and research payments and funds I needed to follow up on. What I love about Gwen is that she doesn't just organize a pile and leave. She asks questions, investigates, and figures out practical next steps. I finally feel like I'm running my paperwork instead of my paperwork running me.”
